Description du poste

Dans le cadre d'une crise qualité identifiée chez un acteur majeur de l'aéronautique, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Qualité Field H/F pour intervenir directement sur le site de production.

Véritable représentant qualité terrain, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la sécurisation des livraisons et la maîtrise des risques qualité auprès du client final.

Missions générales

  • Émettre et piloter les non-conformités identifiées sur le terrain
  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi des dérogations
  • Coordonner les actions correctives avec les équipes de production, qualité et méthodes
  • Prioriser les activités en fonction des enjeux clients et des risques identifiés
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du management et des différentes parties prenantes
  • Suivre l'avancement des plans d'action jusqu'à leur clôture
  • Représenter les exigences qualité du client final sur site

Issu d'une formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en qualité ou en aéronautique, vous êtes capable d'évoluer dans un contexte de crise ou de forte pression. Vous possédez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.

Vous disposez d'une expérience dans un environnement industriel aéronautique.

Compétences requises :

Compétences techniques :

  • Maîtrise des outils qualité et de la gestion des non-conformités
  • Connaissance du milieu industriel aéronautique
  • Connaissance du processus dérogations
  • ERP : SAP
  • Maitrise du Pack Office
  • Niveau en anglais intermédiaire

Compétences relationnelles :

  • Maîtrise de l'animation de réunions (gèrer les conflits, aligne et influence les décisions)
  • Communication claire et assertive (impactante, adaptée à tous les niveaux jusqu’à la direction)
  • Esprit de synthèse
  • Forte présence terrain
