Dans le cadre de son développement d'activité, Trigo Aerospace, Defense & Rail recherche un Technicien Inspection Qualité H/F.

Description du poste

Rôle et responsabilités

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un Inspecteur Qualité pour intervenir chez l'un de nos clients.

A ce poste, vous réalisez des contrôles à partir de la documentation existante (Plan, norme, fiche technique, …). Vous analysez les non-conformités, assurez le traitement d'un défaut nouveau ou connu par le suivi des actions curatives et correctives sur chaîne de production. Vous serez un véritable appui technique et partagez avec méthode votre expérience avec l'équipe.

Activités principales

  • Communication services supports et fournisseurs
  • Effectuer de l'inspection (caractérisation et traitement des NC sur pièces, au sein du magasin)
  • Sur tous types de pièces ferroviaire (polymère, mécano soudé, verrier)
  • Procédés spéciaux (soudure, câblage, sertissage,…) : Formations in-situ Client + Formations internes
  • Déclaration des NC via SAP.

De formation Bac à Bac +3 en mécanique industrielle ou qualité industrielle, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 1 à 2 ans en inspection qualité et gestion des non-conformités.

5H40/13H00 - 12H40/20H00

Qualifications

Vos compétences :

· Lecture de plans

· Connaissances techniques spécifiques des moyens de contrôle

· Maitrise du Pack Office et SAP est un plus

. Caractérisation des défauts

· L’anglais écrit technique est un réel plus
