Description du poste

Mission principale

Piloter la performance des fournisseurs et le suivi des programmes industriels afin de garantir le respect des objectifs de production et des délais de livraison. Mettre en place et suivre les plans de récupération (recovery plans) nécessaires au redressement des fournisseurs en difficulté.

Principales responsabilités

  • Assurer le suivi du LOB (Line of Balance) pour identifier les écarts entre les besoins, la production et les livraisons.
  • Analyser les retards, les capacités de production et les risques pouvant affecter les engagements des fournisseurs.
  • Élaborer et piloter les plans de récupération avec des actions, des responsables et des échéances clairement définis.
  • Challenger les fournisseurs sur leurs capacités, leurs engagements et l’efficacité de leurs plans d’action.
  • Fixer les objectifs de production et suivre leur réalisation.
  • Animer les réunions de suivi et coordonner les échanges entre fournisseurs, production, supply chain et qualité.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et alerter sur les écarts nécessitant une intervention.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier sur l’avancement des programmes et le redressement des fournisseurs.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme Bac+5 en génie industriel, génie mécanique, supply chain ou domaine équivalent.
  • Expérience minimum de 5 ans en gestion de programmes industriels ou en pilotage de fournisseurs, idéalement dans le secteur aéronautique.
  • Maîtrise du LOB (Line of Balance), des recovery plans et du redressement des fournisseurs.
  • Bonne connaissance de la planification industrielle, des capacités de production et du suivi des délais de livraison.
  • Capacité à fixer des objectifs, à challenger les fournisseurs et à piloter des plans d’action.
  • Maîtrise d’Excel et des outils de reporting et de suivi de performance.
  • Bon niveau de français et d’anglais professionnel.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’analyse et bonnes capacités de communication et de négociation.
