Description du poste

Rattaché au Responsable de Site et Région, le Superviseur d’Activité Opérationnelle assure le pilotage global des prestations sur son périmètre.

Il veille à la bonne exécution des opérations, au management des équipes et à la qualité de service délivrée au client, dans un environnement dynamique, exigeant et orienté résultats.

Missions principales

  • Coordonner et superviser les activités opérationnelles sur site client en garantissant la qualité de service et le respect des délais
  • Planifier et ajuster les ressources (équipes, plannings, priorités) en fonction des besoins et des contraintes terrain
  • Encadrer et accompagner les équipes afin de maintenir un haut niveau de performance et d’engagement
  • Assurer le suivi des prestations et veiller à leur conformité aux exigences et standards clients
  • Détecter les écarts, analyser les causes et déployer des actions correctives efficaces
  • Intervenir en cas de situation critique et assurer une gestion réactive des imprévus
  • Maintenir une relation de proximité avec le client et garantir sa satisfaction au quotidien
  • Suivre les indicateurs d’activité et contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue

Qualifications

Formation :

Bac+2 à Bac+5 en génie industriel, qualité, production, logistique ou équivalent

Expérience :

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en industrie automobile
  • Expérience confirmée en management d’équipe terrain
  • Expérience en prestation qualité / inspection / retouche fortement appréciée

Compétences techniques :

  • Outils qualité et résolution de problèmes (8D, PDCA…)
  • Organisation et planification
  • Gestion des priorités et des crises
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office)

Compétences comportementales :

  • Leadership et sens des responsabilités
  • Réactivité et prise de décision
  • Communication efficace
  • Orientation client et résultats
