The posting

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join Trinity Life Sciences as an Intern on our Product Strategy team. In this role, the intern will assist in developing and implementing state-of-the-art applications for our clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. Interns will work closely with our team of product managers, software engineers and data scientists to research, design, and implement cutting-edge products that are transforming the life sciences industry, including through the incorporation of Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic AI systems in novel ways.

Interns develop their skills through undergoing extensive formal and informal training, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to stretch their skills in a real-world setting. This is a 9-week internship program based out of either Trinity’s headquarters in Waltham, MA or Trinity’s office in New York, NY – interns will be required to work in a hybrid work model, coming into the office about 2-3 days per week. The dates for the program run from mid June – mid August, 2027. Interns will be paid $35/hour and can expect to work 40 hours/week.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Track metrics/ratings around the user experience and engagement/adoption (including AI-specific signals like answer quality, trust, and task completion) pulling out ideas for new features
  • Help prototype and pressure-test AI-enabled workflows, using modern AI tooling to accelerate research, requirements, and concept validation
  • Support the training and education of internal and client users on product features and releases

Position Requirements:

  • Candidates should be enrolled in a graduate program in a related field with 1 year left in their studies
  • Prior work experience of 1 to 3 years in product management, consulting, banking, or another business / technical role is desired

  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams
  • Is driven to continually learn, especially about the rapidly evolving fields of GenAI and agentic AI

  • Is energized by diving into the nuances of client needs
  • Has the interpersonal skills and professional presence to collaborate and communicate effectively across a range of stakeholder types and levels
  • Understands technical concepts — including the basics of how AI models and agents behave and where they need guardrails — and can communicate complex requirements in a clear and detail-oriented way

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
