How you support our team

  • Coordinate and follow up on operational topics across our stores
  • Support our Regional Managers
  • Take full ownership of defined parts of store operations
  • Act as qualified deputy for the Senior Manager

What sets you apart

  • Experience: 4+ years in retail operations, store openings, project coordination or construction project management
  • Ownership: you take over complete work streams on your own – not just support tasks
  • Deputy mindset: you are ready to step in for the team lead during vacation or absence and keep things running
  • Languages: fluent English; German is a plus
  • Availability: full-time, occasional travel to Berlin and our store locations
  • Tools: confident with Excel and project tracking

Working Conditions:
