Für unser Store-Construction-Team der Triple A Premiumretail GmbH am Standort Berlin suchen wir ab sofort einen Construction Manager (all genders welcome) in Vollzeit, 40h. Du steuerst eigenständig den Aufbau unserer Stores in Deutschland und Europa. Du begleitest jedes Projekt von der Übernahme der Fläche bis zur Übergabe an unser Store-Setup-Team.

  • Eigenständige Leitung von Ladenbauprojekten in Deutschland und Europa, von der Flächenübernahme bis zur Übergabe an das Store-Setup-Team
  • Steuerung und Koordination von Baufirmen und Gewerken
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Terminplan und Qualität
  • Übernahme und Übergabe der Flächen inkl. Protokollen und Mängelmanagement

Das bringst Du mit

  • 2–3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung als Bau- oder Projektleiter:in, idealerweise im Retail oder im Laden- bzw. Innenausbau. Ein Studium ist nicht erforderlich.
  • Erfahrung mit Shoppingcentern und den Anforderungen von Center-Betreibern
  • Kenntnisse in Brandschutz, Sprinkleranlagen, Genehmigungen und Werbeanlagen
  • Sicheres Lesen von Werkplänen
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Arbeitsort Berlin und Bereitschaft zu häufigen Reisen innerhalb Europas
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
