The posting

Since 2004, we’ve been bringing investment ideas to life and connecting capital with the right people and opportunities. Today, we manage more than £2.5 billion for a broad range of investors across five key investment strategies: Private Credit, Social Housing, Clean Heat, Energy and Venture. These strategies underpin the innovative range of investments we offer to both private (retail) and institutional clients.

There are 230+ employees at Triple Point, all committed to leaving the world demonstrably better than we found it. That’s why we’re a certified B Corp, signed up to the Principles for Responsible Investment, and were named a Sunday Times 'Best Place to Work 2025 & 2026'.

If this sounds like an environment where you would flourish, then read on…

The Function & Team

In 2018 Triple Point was appointed by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (now the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero) to the role of Delivery Partner for its £320m Heat Network Investment Project (HNIP). The fund’s aim was to accelerate the design and construction of Heat Networks across England and Wales to help the Government deliver the cost-effective carbon savings required to meet the UK’s future carbon reduction commitments.

In early 2022 TriplePoint was successful in its bid for the Delivery Partner role for the Green Heat Network Fund (GHNF), a successor scheme to the HNIP that is deploying more than £700m of grant funding to decarbonise existing networks and fund new low carbon networks in England. As Delivery Partner, Triple Point is responsible, among other things, for identifying viable projects from the current c£2 billion pipeline of potential public sector projects as well as other suitable schemes from the public, private and third sectors.

In 2025, following a competitive process, Triple Point was appointed to deliver the next phase of the fund under a five-year contract running to 2030. The Government has since confirmed funding of £195 million a year through to 2029/30.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
