The posting

Since 2004, we’ve been bringing investment ideas to life and connecting capital with the right people and opportunities. Today, we manage more than £2.5 billion for a broad range of investors across five key investment strategies: Private Credit, Social Housing, Clean Heat, Energy and Venture. These strategies underpin the innovative range of investments we offer to both private (retail) and institutional clients.

There are 230+ employees at Triple Point, all committed to leaving the world demonstrably better than we found it. That’s why we’re a certified B Corp, signed up to the Principles for Responsible Investment, and were named a Sunday Times 'Best Place to Work 2025 & 2026'.

If this sounds like an environment where you would flourish, then read on…

The Function & Team

The Client Service team sits within Distribution and plays a pivotal role in supporting both our external investors and internal sales colleagues. We are a team of nine, committed to delivering excellent service, ensuring retention and growth of Triple Point’s assets under management, and helping investors feel confident and well supported throughout their journey with us.

The ACSD Corporate owns the end-to-end experience of Triple Point’s corporate investors the directors and shareholders within the firm’s corporate-structured products, principally the Corporate Estate Planning Service (TPCEPS). While the Sales team holds the adviser relationship, this role is the senior point of presence for the underlying corporate client: present at board meetings, accountable for the quality and consistency of the corporate investor journey, and the escalation point for complex, sensitive, or time-critical situations that arise across that investor’s lifecycle with Triple Point. As the corporate product range develops, the remit of this role extends accordingly this is the home for corporate client service expertise across the business, not a single-product function.

The Roles Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Investor Experience & Relationship

  • Senior point of contact for directors and shareholders within the TPCEPS estate building trusted, long-term relationships with the people behind the companies. Works in close partnership with the Sales team, who hold overarching adviser relationship ownership, while building strong adviser relationships in their own right as the client service face of the corporate investor journey.
  • Present at board meetings as Triple Point’s client-facing authority, providing continuity and senior visibility at the corporate level.
  • Own the end-to-end investor journey from initial onboarding through ongoing engagement to exit or succession ensuring it is seamless, professional, and appropriately senior.
  • Lead on complex, sensitive or high-stakes matters involving corporate investors both as an escalation from the team and as the natural first port of call for situations that are simply too bespoke or senior in nature to sit with a Client Service Executive; some queries will arrive at this level directly, not because they have been escalated, but because they require the seniority, judgement and contextual knowledge this role carries.
  • Support DDQs and technical queries from corporate clients and their advisers, working alongside Sales where appropriate.

2. Corporate Project Leadership

This role leads the client-service dimension of complex projects that arise within the corporate investor estate not enterprise-wide initiatives, but the significant, often sensitive events that occur within individual investor companies:

  • Liquidations managing the investor experience where a company within the TPCEPS portfolio is being wound down, co-ordinating with Legal, CoSec and Operations to ensure the client journey remains clear and well-supported throughout.
  • Deceased shareholder estates leading the client-facing element of probate and succession cases; guiding beneficiaries and executors through the process with care and clarity, working with (not inside) Legal and CoSec on the technical execution.
  • Mergers and company restructures acting as the client-side anchor when investor companies go through structural change, ensuring Triple Point’s records, communications and service delivery keep pace.
  • Companies House and identity verification managing corporate investor-facing elements of verification, AML refresh, and Companies House-related requirements, with clear ownership of what sits with the client relationship versus what sits with Compliance or Legal.
  • Data integrity and Salesforce migration leading the corporate pillar’s contribution to data quality and CRM projects; ensuring corporate relationship data, case management records and investor touchpoints are accurate, complete and properly migrated as systems evolve.
  • Broader corporate client structures as Triple Point’s product range evolves, the ACSD Corporate is the natural home for project management and client service leadership on any new product with a corporate investor structure. This role is not defined by a single product; it is defined by the nature of the client relationship and the complexity it brings.

3. People Leadership & Team Development

  • Line manage the Client Service Executives and Analysts within the Corporate pillar, providing clear direction, consistent feedback and active development support.
  • Own the performance and capability of the corporate team setting standards, identifying gaps, and working with the wider ACSD to ensure development plans are in place and progressing.
  • Model the professional standard expected at corporate investor level: communication quality, judgement under pressure, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with confidence.
  • Contribute to cross-pillar people development alongside the ACSD for E&P/Core BAU both ACSDs share accountability for team capability across Client Service, not just within their own pillar.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

The ACSD Corporate operates at the intersection of several functions. Key relationships:

  • Sales close co-ordination on corporate investor onboarding and any adviser-escalated matters. Sales holds the adviser relationship; ACSD Corporate holds the corporate investor relationship. The boundary must be clear and actively maintained.
  • Operations day-to-day delivery partner for anything touching transaction processing, case management workflow, or system-level execution. ACSD Corporate sets the investor-experience standard; Operations provides the engine.
  • Company Secretarial the critical internal relationship for this role. CoSec handles the statutory and administrative execution that sits adjacent to the corporate investor journey filings, minutes, board administration. ACSD Corporate must actively manage the quality interface with CoSec.
  • Legal primary legal partner for estate, probate, liquidation and structural change scenarios. The ACSD Corporate does not execute legal work but must understand when Legal needs to be in the room and how to brief them effectively.
  • Compliance a stakeholder rather than a primary partner at this level involved in verification, AML, and Consumer Duty-related matters but not the day-to-day working relationship for this role.
  • Reporting a key internal relationship for investor-facing communications. The Reporting function sends periodic reports and letters directly to corporate investors; ACSD Corporate needs to understand what is going out, when, and what it means for their clients reviewing investor communications before issue, flagging where content may prompt questions, raising amends where tone or accuracy needs attention, and ensuring the team is briefed on anything that is likely to generate inbound queries.

5. Process, Quality & Data Ownership

  • Own the Corporate pillar’s SOPs and service standards — ensuring processes are documented, followed, and regularly reviewed against what the corporate investor experience actually requires.
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality for the corporate pillar: investor records, company data, case management stats, and relationship touchpoints with a standard high enough to support reporting, audit, and operational handovers.
  • Monitor case management performance data and use it to drive continuous improvement within the team, not just to report upwards.
  • Identify risk early flag and escalate anything that could affect the investor experience, the firm’s reputation with corporate clients, or regulatory compliance, without owning formal governance sign-off.

Experience

  • Significant client-facing experience at a senior level, ideally within a structured investment, estate planning, or financial services environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage complex, sensitive client situations including bereavement, legal process, and corporate restructure with composure and sound judgement.
  • Working knowledge of corporate structures shareholding, company lifecycle, basic company law literacy sufficient to navigate the conversations this role requires without needing to be a legal expert.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships assertively: working with CoSec, Legal, Sales and Operations without deferring where the investor experience is at stake.

Personal Qualities:

  • Confidence operating in a board-level environment: present, credible, and able to represent Triple Point professionally with directors and shareholders.
  • Strong people leadership: the ability to set a high bar, give honest feedback, and develop a team that reflects the standard the corporate investor relationship demands.
  • High standards of written and verbal communication; able to translate complex situations into clear, reassuring, professional correspondence for directors, shareholders, advisers and executors.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
