Estamos formando nosso banco de freelancers em design gráfico para atender à demanda contínua de projetos da Blueprintt. Se você tem olhar apurado para identidade visual, ama eventos corporativos e trabalha bem sob prazos reais, queremos você por perto.

Cada projeto é negociado individualmente — escopo, prazo e valores são alinhados caso a caso. A demanda é recorrente, e quem estiver no banco e tiver disponibilidade recebe os projetos em primeira mão.

O que você vai fazer

  • Criar, adaptar e finalizar peças gráficas para eventos corporativos, redes sociais, apresentações, anúncios e materiais institucionais
  • Produzir materiais de identidade visual para conferências: banners, totens, painéis de LED, crachás, backdrops e sinalizações
  • Desdobrar e manter a consistência das marcas dos eventos e da Blueprintt em diferentes formatos, digitais e impressos
  • Preparar arquivos para impressão com atenção a sangria, margens de segurança, cores e calibração.
  • Colaborar com os times de branding, marketing e vídeo para alinhar campanhas e conceitos visuais Manter arquivos organizados no Figma, com versionamento e nomeação padronizados

O que esperamos de você

Habilidades Técnicas:

  • Domínio de Figma para criação, componentização e aplicação de sistemas de design
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Adobe Photoshop e Illustrator
  • Noções de motion design (After Effects, Canva animado ou similar) são diferenciais
  • Boa compreensão de tipografia, hierarquia visual, composição e grid
  • Capacidade de seguir, adaptar e evoluir identidades visuais mantendo consistência entre eventos e marcas
  • Olhar apurado para a harmonia entre o digital e o impresso

Habilidades Comportamentais:

  • Comprometimento com prazos e senso de responsabilidade sobre as entregas
  • Autonomia para gerenciar o próprio fluxo sem perder alinhamento com o time
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes em cada entrega Comunicação clara com áreas parceiras (marketing, vídeo e conteúdo)
  • Proatividade para propor soluções e antecipar necessidades do projeto Formação e portfólio
  • Formação em Design Gráfico, Design Digital, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas.
  • Certificações em Figma, Adobe, Motion Design, produção gráfica ou design para eventos são diferenciais.
  • Portfólio prático obrigatório, demonstrando domínio técnico e sensibilidade estética.
