Ben jij sterk in het aansturen van projecten in de civiele techniek? Heb je ervaring met financiële opvolging en klantencontact? Wil jij een team leiden en de kwaliteit en veiligheid van projecten waarborgen?

Als projectmanager organiseer, coördineer en leid jij grote projecten of meerdere kleinere projecten binnen de civiele sector, vooral in de regio Antwerpen en Essen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een zorgvuldige financiële registratie en houdt voortdurend toezicht op kosten en opbrengsten. Je onderhoudt het contact met opdrachtgevers over de voortgang en legt contacten met potentiële klanten om nieuwe mogelijkheden te ontdekken.

Kwaliteitsbewaking en HSE-naleving zijn belangrijke onderdelen van jouw rol. Je rapporteert eventuele problemen aan de QA/QC-verantwoordelijke en volgt de veiligheidsprocedures strikt op. In overleg met het HSE-afdelingshoofd en de technisch directeur kan je het werk stilleggen bij onveilige situaties. Op de werf zorg je voor een efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden en rapporteer je aan de technisch directeur.

Je woont wekelijks de orderopvolgingsmeetings bij en zorgt tijdig voor alle benodigde informatie. Je geeft leiding aan werfleiders en/of ploegbazen, motiveert je team en stimuleert samenwerking. Je voert functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken, informeert de directie over belangrijke zaken en geeft opleidingen door aan de personeelsafdeling.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of master werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in civiele techniek of infrastructuur
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als projectmanager of projectleider
  • Je kan probleemoplossend denken en blijft kalm onder druk
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet je team te motiveren
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed inspelen op veranderingen
  • Kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Ervaring met het opstellen en beheren van projectplanningen
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten en oog voor menselijk leiderschap
