Als Projectmanager Civiel in ons kantoor in Rotterdam organiseer en stuur je complexe industriële projecten aan. Met jouw technische én organisatorische kracht houd je overzicht in een dynamische omgeving met uitdagende personeelsplanning, contractuele kwesties en intensief contact met opdrachtgevers. Door jouw duidelijke aanpak en betrokken leiderschap creëer je structuur, borg je kwaliteit en veiligheid en zorg je dat jouw team met plezier én veilig werkt. Samen realiseren jullie projecten succesvol en binnen de gestelde kaders.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technische en financiële resultaat van de projecten en stuurt actief op veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en budgetten. Je voert het operationele beleid uit volgens het bedrijfshandboek, identificeert en elimineert risico’s en rapporteert maandelijks aan de directie. Daarnaast geef je dagelijks leiding aan alle voorkomende werkzaamheden op het project.

Wat breng jij mee

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als Projectmanager waarbij je eindverantwoordelijk bent geweest van civieltechnische projecten;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en leidinggevende capaciteiten waarbij je goed in staat bent om doelen te stellen en hier met het team naartoe te werken;
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal minimaal op B2-niveau, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

  • Salaris van € 6000.- tot € 8000,- bruto per 4 weken (€ 6500,- € 8.666,- bruto per maand) op basis van een fulltime dienstverband);
