Negotiate rates and contracts with colleagues within NZSki, KJet, and Hermitage Hotel, managing relationships with retail, wholesale, and inbound travel trade industry professionals. Utilize customer insights and data to drive category distribution and market share. Represent NZSki, KJet, and the Hermitage at key trade and sales events such as TRENZ and drive offshore training and sales events.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

Previous experience in a senior Sales & Marketing position focused on China and the broader Eastern region. Fluency in English and Mandarin. Proven experience in building and maintaining business relationships. Experience in utilizing data to create sales and marketing plans and actions. Strong business acumen. Willingness to travel and work varying hours as work duties require.

Role and Benefits:

Full-time, permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Access to company benefits across NZSki, KJet, and Hermitage Hotel, including discounts and free experiences.

If you are an experienced and passionate sales professional with a deep understanding of the Eastern market and a love for working with iconic tourism brands, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
