  • Portar o kit básico completo durante toda a jornada de trabalho, garantindo a execução do seu trabalho dentro da loja;
  • Executar ; conhecer o portfólio de produtos alcoólicos e não alcoólicos, bem como os preços e características de cada produto para apresentação ao cliente;
  • Participar das matinais, analisando as metas do dia para realizar o melhor planejamento que permitirá alcançá-las, cliente a cliente; Acompanhar, analisar e avaliar tendências de vendas, sugerindo quando necessário, ações específicas, a fim de cumprir as metas estabelecidas;
  • Visitar todos clientes externos (Pontos de Venda) conforme roteirização, buscando realizar vendas através de negociação, ou seja, obter um pedido dentro de condições mutuamente satisfatórias;
  • Executar com desenvoltura a rotina básica de vendas determinada para cada canal, realizando todos os passos, garantindo que o DEMP seja cumprido dentro do PDV;
  • Operar e transportar de forma correta o Smartphone utilizado para realizar os pedidos do cliente, zelando pela sua conservação e responsabilizando-se por ele;
  • Observar as ações da concorrência quanto a preços, ofertas promoções, bem como frequência de visita e prazos, informando ao seu gerente, para que, quando necessário, as devidas providências sejam tomadas;
  • Manter os dados cadastrais dos clientes de sua rota sempre atualizados para facilitar o contato da empresa com o cliente e minimizar a chance de ocorrer algum erro;
  • realizar a correta aplicação dos materiais de merchandising e acompanhar ativamente a permanência dos mesmos, garantindo a presença de nossa marca dentro e fora dos PDV’S;
  • portar o kit básico completo e portfólio em bom estado durante toda a jornada de trabalho, garantindo a execução no atendimento ao cliente;
  • identificar dentre os pontos de vendas atendidos aqueles formadores de opinião, com alto potencial e as respectivas ações para desenvolvê-los;
  • realizar o fechamento (vespertina) com o Gerente de Área para análise dos resultados obtidos confrontando-os com os KPIs acordados na matinal;
  • manter bom relacionamento com os responsáveis pelos PDV’S a fim de conseguir a maior integração possível e consequentemente a maior disposição em atingir as metas de volume, positivação e cobertura;
  • verificar no sistema, antes de efetuar a venda de qualquer produto a prazo, se o cliente possui alguma objeção ou bloqueio;
  • ter domínio do cálculo que compõe a sua remuneração variável, buscando a melhor performance em relação aos fundamentos comerciais; cumprir o procedimento para empréstimo de material, observando as normas em relação ao comodato e o cumprimento do acordo comercial por parte do cliente;
  • realizar prospecção de clientes e ficar atento às várias oportunidades de mercado, visando a preferência das nossas marcas no PDV;
  • Respeitar as leis de trânsito na condução do seu veículo de trabalho, cuidando da sua segurança e a dos outros, através de direção defensiva e manutenção preventiva;
  • cumprir o manual de conduta da empresa e demais procedimentos vigentes.
