The posting

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, sales, productie, het magazijn en onze transportpartners. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct worden verwerkt en opgevolgd en dat klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een duidelijke en professionele service.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Je bewaakt de levertermijnen en houdt de verwachte leverdatum in het systeem up-to-date.
  • Je communiceert met klanten over leveringen, planning en eventuele wijzigingen.
  • Je stemt leveringsafspraken af met transporteurs en geeft de nodige instructies door aan het magazijn.
  • Je volgt eventuele transportschade of leveringsproblemen op en zorgt voor een correcte communicatie met de betrokken partijen.
  • Je controleert aankoopprijzen, verkoopprijzen en marges en corrigeert afwijkingen waar nodig.
  • Wanneer een marge afwijkt, stem je dit af met Sales en vraag je indien nodig goedkeuring aan de Sales Engineer.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt de facturatie op.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail en zorgt voor een correcte en klantgerichte opvolging.
  • Je wordt op termijn een back-up voor collega's binnen Customer Service, ondersteunt klanten binnen verschillende regio's en verwerkt en volgt klantenorders op van bestelling tot levering.

We zoeken iemand die nauwkeurig, klantgericht en georganiseerd werkt en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans en beschikt over een goede schriftelijke kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig, ook wanneer je verschillende dossiers tegelijk opvolgt.
  • Je bent communicatief en klantgericht en weet op een professionele manier te schakelen tussen klanten, collega's en externe partners.
  • Je bent dynamisch, collegiaal en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je leert vlot nieuwe producten, systemen en processen aan. Technische interesse is een mooie troef.
  • Je kan vlot werken met verschillende digitale systemen. Ervaring met een ERP-systeem, Excel, Outlook, Teams en online klanten- of transportportalen is een plus.

Ervaring binnen HVAC of een technische omgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute must. Met een sterke administratieve en klantgerichte ingesteldheid en de motivatie om onze producten en sector te leren kennen, kom je al een heel eind.
