Je nieuwe werkomgeving

Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf in de regio Wielsbeke zoeken we een ervaren Administratief boekhoudkundige. Je komt terecht in een familiale KMO die al bijna dertig jaar groeit en vandaag een gevestigde speler is in haar niche.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je bent de vaste financiële aanspreekpersoon binnen het bedrijf. Intern bereid je alles voor, de externe accountant werkt verder af.

  • Inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen en bankafschriften, ongeveer 3.000 facturen per jaar
  • Uitvoeren van bankbetalingen via Isabel voor vier banken
  • Opvolgen van het debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer en afpunten van betalingen
  • Voorbereiden van de maandelijkse btw-aangiftes voor meerdere vennootschappen
  • Opmaken van de kwartaalrapporteringen voor de aandeelhouders
  • Ondersteunen bij de voorraadtellingen, vier keer per jaar
  • Voorbereiden van dossiers voor de externe accountant
  • Op termijn de loonadministratie mee voorbereiden
  • Af en toe CMR-documenten invullen en algemene administratieve taken opnemen
  • Meedenken over het digitaliseren van de financiële processen

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring op een boekhoudkundige of administratieve dienst
  • Je kan een boekhouding zelfstandig voeren, van inboeken tot btw-aangifte
  • Ervaring met Exact Online is een grote plus, kennis van Isabel een voordeel
  • Vlotte kennis van Excel, Outlook en Word
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans zijn mooi meegenomen
  • Je bent deadlinegericht, discreet en nauwkeurig
  • Je bent hands-on en springt ook mee in de algemene administratie
  • Je bent digitaal ingesteld en hebt een ondernemende mentaliteit
