Ihre neue Aufgabe

  • Als Spezialist für unsere Produkte führen Sie Schulungen für Maschinen, Programmiersysteme und Laser nach methodisch-didaktischen Gesichtspunkten durch, sowohl vor Ort bei Kunden als auch in Präsenz an unserem Standort in Ditzingen und in unseren internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
  • In der Applikationsbegleitung unserer Smart Factory Solutions unterstützen Sie Kunden bei der Implementierung und sorgen mit Ihrem technischen Know-how für einen reibungslosen Einsatz der Lösungen
  • Durch die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentations- und Schulungsunterlagen gestalten Sie die konzeptionelle Schulungsentwicklung aktiv mit und treiben die Digitalisierung unserer Lernformate voran, beispielsweise durch die Erstellung von E-Learnings
  • Mit Ihrem Gespür für individuelle Lernbedarfe beraten Sie Kunden bei komplexen Schulungsanfragen, führen Lernzielkontrollen durch und leiten bei Bedarf passgenaue Maßnahmen für einzelne Teilnehmende ab

Womit Sie uns begeistern

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bildet Ihre fachliche Basis, alternativ bringen Sie eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit, die Sie für diese Rolle befähigt
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Service- oder Schulungsbereich oder in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit mit technischem und didaktischem Hintergrund ist willkommen, beispielsweise aus der Softwareberatung im MES- oder ERP-Umfeld. Kenntnisse in der Programmierung, idealerweise von Blechbearbeitungsmaschinen, ergänzen Ihr Profil
  • Souveränes Auftreten und Freude am Vermitteln technischer Sachverhalte zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen lösungsorientiert und konstruktiv zu agieren. Flexibilität und Offenheit für neue Aufgabenstellungen gehören für Sie selbstverständlich dazu
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen Sie souverän in internationalen Kontexten ein
  • Reisebereitschaft zur Durchführung von Schulungen weltweit bringen Sie mit
