Ihre neue Aufgabe

  • Sie übernehmen die Entwicklung und technische Betreuung von neuen und etablierten Lieferanten für optische Komponenten, insbesondere maßgeschneiderte für Hochleistungsfaserlaser
  • Bei der Auslegung, Bewertung und Prüfung von Toleranzkriterien begleiten Sie diese Komponenten durch den gesamten Entwicklungs- und anschließenden Serienbetreuungsprozess
  • Mit Ihrer Konzeptionsstärke entwickeln Sie Messaufbauten, die die Qualität optischer Komponenten zuverlässig prüfen und sicherstellen, und setzen diese ein.
  • Durch die Analyse defekter optischer Komponenten leiten Sie gezielte Produktverbesserungsmaßnahmen ab und qualifizieren diese im weiteren Prozess
  • In enger Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf sowie auch durch Besuche bei Lieferanten vor Ort begründen und pflegen Sie partnerschaftliche und lösungsorientierte Lieferantenbeziehungen

Womit Sie uns begeistern

  • Ein abgeschlossener Masterabschluss der Fachrichtung Physik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Richtung, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, bildet die Grundlage für diese Position
  • Mit einem fundierten Verständnis für den Aufbau von Faserlasern und deren optischen Komponenten sowie idealerweise praktischer Erfahrung im Optik- und Laserumfeld, etwa im Rahmen einer Promotion, bringen Sie das notwendige technische Fundament mit
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf fließendem Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Innerhalb des Teams und im direkten Austausch mit Lieferanten überzeugen Sie durch eine offene und kommunikative Art ebenso wie durch strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Durch Ihre Überzeugungskraft stellen Sie sicher, dass Lieferanten unsere Qualitätsanforderungen konsequent umsetzen, und gehen dabei auch neue Fragestellungen mit innovativem Denken an
