DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du konzipierst und entwickelst skalierbare, cloud-native Backend-Systeme und Microservices mit Java und Kotlin.
  • Du betreust Kubernetes-Umgebungen und automatisierst Deployments nach GitOps-Prinzipien mit Helm und ArgoCD.
  • Du sorgst für eine hohe Codequalität auf Basis von Clean Code, Clean Architecture und Harness Engineering.
  • Du setzt KI-Tools wie Claude Code und Codex sowie Context Engineering gezielt ein, um die Effizienz in der Entwicklung zu steigern.
  • Du gestaltest Architekturentscheidungen maßgeblich mit und übernimmst idealerweise die Führung und das Mentoring technischer Teams.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du verfügst über mindestens 2, idealerweise 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Java und/oder Kotlin.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Spring Boot oder Quarkus mit.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit MS Azure, GCP oder AWS sowie mit IaC-Tools wie Terraform und Ansible.
  • Du bist mit KI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung und Harness-Engineering-Praktiken vertraut.
  • Clean Code und hohe Qualitätsstandards in der Softwareentwicklung sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung technischer Teams und in agilen Arbeitsumgebungen (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
