DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Beratungsfeld Data Strategy und steuerst Goto-Market sowie Delivery ganzheitlich
  • Du entwickelst unsere Data-Offerings weiter – mit besonderem Fokus auf Data Governance und Data-for-AI – und positionierst sie im Markt
  • Du übernimmst Pre-Sales-Verantwortung: von der Angebotserstellung über RFPs bis zur Kundenpräsentation
  • Du berätst Kunden bei der Entwicklung von Datenstrategien und dem Aufbau von Datafor-AI-Fähigkeiten (z. B. Agentic-AI-Use-Cases auf Basis moderner Datenplattformen)
  • Du verantwortest Kundenprojekte end-to-end und bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in auf Management-Ebene
  • Du führst dein Team (akt. 4-5 Personen) im Tagesgeschäft, entwickelst es fachlich und persönlich weiter und übernimmst erste disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung
  • Du bringst dich in Staffing- und Recruiting-Entscheidungen für den Data-Bereich ein
  • Du repräsentierst das Angebot nach außen – im Netzwerk, auf Events und in Publikationen

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du verfügst über einschlägige Berufserfahrung (6-8 Jahre) im Bereich Data (Data Engineering, Data Strategy, BI/Analytics), idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Steuerung von Teams bzw. Practices (disziplinarisch und fachlich)
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung im Presales bzw. in der Erstellung von Angeboten/RFPs oder bringst die Bereitschaft mit, dies auszubauen
  • Du bringst ein tiefes Verständnis für moderne Datenplattformen, Datenarchitekturen (Data Lakes, Lakehouses, Data Warehouses) und Markttrends im Data-&-AI-Umfeld mit
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit modernen Datenplattformen (z. B. Databricks) und/oder CloudDiensten (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Du bewegst dich sicher in der Kommunikation mit Vorständen, Geschäftsführungen und IT-Leitungen und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar strukturieren
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und hast Interesse daran, über Kundenprojekte hinaus Verantwortung für die Organisationsentwicklung zu übernehmen
  • Du bist reisebereit, um Projekte bei unseren Kunden vor Ort erfolgreich zu begleiten
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 in beiden Sprachen)
