Als Inside Sales Support ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen ons sales team. Je ondersteunt het volledige verkoopproces en bent het aanspreekpunt voor commerciële vragen van zowel bestaande als potentiële klanten. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging, een gerichte service en tevreden klanten.Ben jij de persoon die van een uitdaging houdt? Lees dan zeker verder!

Een blik op je takenpakket:

  • Je stelt offertes op in nauw overleg met de sales engineers en manager.
  • Je staat bestaande en nieuwe klanten te woord met vragen over producten, projecten op maat en prijzen.
  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel in de interne communicatie met ander afdelingen binnen TSG Benelux en de andere zusterfilialen.
  • Je zorgt met jouw nauwkeurige opvolging dat ons salesproces efficiënt, overzichtelijk en altijd een stap voor blijft.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring in verkoop of customer service.
  • Je kan vlot in Outlook en MS Office werken.
  • Je kan je soepel uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je kan zelfzeker bepalen wat eerst moet gebeuren.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en je leert snel nieuwe zaken aan.
