Attività previste

Entrerai a far parte del team dedicato alla manutenzione del verde presso i nostri campi fotovoltaici, con un ruolo prevalentemente operativo.

Cerchiamo una persona con esperienza come giardiniere, capace di svolgere in autonomia gli interventi e organizzare il lavoro quotidiano, con competenze nella realizzazione e manutenzione degli impianti di irrigazione.

Lavorerai solitamente insieme a un altro collega, con il supporto di operatori esterni per alcune lavorazioni. Sarai coinvolto direttamente nelle attività, contribuendo alla loro corretta esecuzione nel rispetto delle tempistiche e delle procedure di sicurezza.

• Eseguire la cura e la manutenzione ordinaria delle aree verdi presso i campi fotovoltaici • Svolgere attività di sfalcio dell’erba, decespugliamento, potatura e gestione della vegetazione • Realizzare e manutenere impianti di irrigazione, verificandone il corretto funzionamento • Utilizzare in sicurezza attrezzature e macchinari per la manutenzione del verde, curandone la pulizia e la manutenzione ordinaria • Organizzare gli interventi assegnati, predisponendo attrezzature e materiali necessari • Collaborare con il collega e con eventuali operatori esterni nell’esecuzione dei lavori • Affiancare sul campo il collega meno esperto, condividendo tecniche e corrette modalità operative • Segnalare le attività svolte, eventuali anomalie e necessità di ulteriori interventi

Profilo ideale

• Esperienza di almeno 3 anni come giardiniere, manutentore del verde o in ruoli analoghi • Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di manutenzione del verde e autonomia nell’utilizzo delle principali attrezzature di lavoro • Competenze nella realizzazione e manutenzione di impianti di irrigazione • Manualità, precisione e attenzione alla qualità del lavoro • Capacità di organizzare le attività assegnate e risolvere le problematiche operative • Disponibilità a lavorare in collaborazione con un collega e ad affiancare persone meno esperte • Forte attenzione alla sicurezza nell’utilizzo di mezzi e attrezzature • Patente B e un plus sarà avere l'abilitazione idonea alla guida dei mezzi con rimorchio utilizzati, come la patente BE • Disponibilità a effettuare spostamenti e trasferte presso i campi fotovoltaici sul territorio

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale l’esperienza in contesti agricoli, industriali o nella manutenzione di aree verdi di grandi dimensioni e la conoscenza di impianti di irrigazione di medie o grandi dimensioni.
