Attività previste

Il lavoro si svolgerà su impianti fotovoltaici, sia su tetti che a terra, e prevede la gestione del cantiere, il coordinamento della squadra di installatori e il controllo dell’avanzamento dei lavori.

Il ruolo ha una componente prevalentemente organizzativa, di supervisione e coordinamento, con presenza sul campo. Il Site Manager sarà il riferimento della squadra e manterrà un confronto costante con il Responsabile, l'ufficio Programmazione e i Project Manager e gli interlocutori coinvolti, assicurando aggiornamenti puntuali sull’andamento del cantiere.

• Coordinare la squadra di installatori, assegnando attività e priorità • Organizzare le lavorazioni quotidiane in funzione del cronoprogramma e dell’avanzamento del cantiere • Supervisionare l’esecuzione dei lavori, verificando il rispetto delle indicazioni progettuali e degli standard richiesti • Verificare la disponibilità di materiali, attrezzature e mezzi, segnalando tempestivamente le necessità • Gestire le criticità organizzative, confrontandosi con il Project Manager e le funzioni tecniche • Utilizzare gli strumenti informatici per aggiornare report, documentazione e stato di avanzamento dei lavori • Gestire le comunicazioni via e-mail, fornendo riscontri chiari e tempestivi • Partecipare a call e riunioni di aggiornamento con il cliente e il team di progetto, condividendo attività svolte, criticità e prossimi passi • Collaborare con le figure preposte alla sicurezza per il rispetto delle procedure e delle prescrizioni di cantiere

Profilo ideale

• Esperienza come Site Manager, capocantiere o caposquadra, con responsabilità di coordinamento delle persone e organizzazione dei lavori • Valutiamo anche candidati provenienti dall’edilizia, con una solida esperienza nella gestione di cantiere e interesse a inserirsi nel settore fotovoltaico • Conoscenze in ambito elettrico o fotovoltaico costituiscono un titolo preferenziale • Capacità di consultare elaborati tecnici e programmi di lavoro per organizzare e monitorare le attività • Buona dimestichezza con il PC. • Capacità di predisporre aggiornamenti e report sull’andamento del cantiere in modo preciso e ordinato • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, per interfacciarsi in modo professionale con squadra, colleghi e cliente • Autonomia organizzativa, puntualità nel rispettare le scadenze e capacità di gestire le priorità • Forte attenzione alla sicurezza e alla qualità del lavoro • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale, organizzate di norma su periodi di una settimana, con attività generalmente dal lunedì al venerdì e sabato e domenica liberi. • Patente di tipo B
