Attività

  • Manutenzione preventiva e correttiva di componenti meccanici su impianti e attrezzature di stazioni di servizio.
  • Smontaggio, controllo, riparazione e rimontaggio di gruppi meccanici (pompe, riduttori, valvole, motori).
  • Diagnosi guasti meccanici e proposta di azioni correttive e migliorative.
  • Esecuzione di interventi di taratura e allineamento parti meccaniche.
  • Gestione e utilizzo di utensili manuali e pneumatici, attrezzature di sollevamento e strumenti di misura.
  • Compilazione rapporti di intervento, registrazione ricambi utilizzati e aggiornamento documentazione tecnica.
  • Collaborazione con tecnici elettrici/elettronici e team di cantiere per interventi integrati
  • Partecipazione a attività di miglioramento continuo, segnalazione rischi e proposte di ottimizzazione.
  • Eventuale supporto nelle attività di installazione di nuove apparecchiature meccaniche presso punti vendita e cantieri.

Requisiti

  • Diploma tecnico (meccanico, meccatronico o equivalente) o esperienza consolidata nel ruolo;
  • Esperienza minima di 2-3 anni in manutenzione meccanica su impianti industriali o simili;
  • Conoscenza di componenti meccanici
  • Buona manualità, precisione e attitudine al problem solving
  • Patente di guida B

  • Precisione e cura nella documentazione degli interventi;
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e buona comunicazione con colleghi e referenti di cantiere;
  • Orientamento alla qualità e alla sicurezza sul lavoro;
  • Proattività nella segnalazione di anomalie e proposte di miglioramento.

Inquadramento e retribuzione

Per questa posizione è previsto un package retributivo con RAL compresa tra € 25.000 e € 30.000, definita in base all'esperienza, alle competenze e al livello di autonomia del candidato. L'inquadramento contrattuale sarà commisurato al profilo selezionato.
