The posting

TSG è alla ricerca di un/a Impiegato/a Tecnico per gestire e supervisionare gli interventi di manutenzione straordinaria e i lavori extra-forfait. La risorsa sarà responsabile della pianificazione, coordinamento e controllo delle attività di riparazione e manutenzione non coperte dal contratto di manutenzione ordinaria.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Gestire le richieste di lavori straordinari non incluse nei contratti di manutenzione standard (lavori extra-forfait).
  • Pianificare e organizzare gli interventi di manutenzione, in collaborazione con i fornitori e le squadre tecniche.
  • Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori, garantendo che vengano rispettati i tempi e i costi stabiliti.
  • Gestire il budget dedicato ai lavori extra-forfait e verificare che le spese siano allineate alle previsioni.
  • Interfacciarsi con i clienti e con i/le referenti interni per assicurare che le aspettative siano soddisfatte.
  • Effettuare sopralluoghi e ispezioni per verificare la corretta esecuzione dei lavori.
  • Redigere report dettagliati sugli interventi effettuati e sull'efficienza operativa delle attività di manutenzione straordinaria.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma o laurea in ambito tecnico.
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel settore della manutenzione, con particolare riferimento ai lavori straordinari o extra-forfait.
  • Ottima conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e delle tecniche di manutenzione straordinaria.
  • Capacità di gestione del budget e delle risorse.
  • Eccellenti capacità di problem solving e gestione delle priorità.
  • Buone capacità relazionali e di negoziazione.

Per questa posizione è previsto un package retributivo con RAL compresa tra € 28.000 e € 32.000, definita in base all'esperienza, alle competenze e al livello di autonomia del/la candidato/a. L'inquadramento contrattuale sarà commisurato al profilo selezionato.
