Wir suchen einen Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS), der den täglichen Betrieb von autonomen Fahrzeugflotten (AV) und Robotaxi-Flotten für Testprogramme, kommerzielle autonome Ride-Hailing-Dienste und New City Launches in Europa verantwortet.

Als operativer Leader im Depot koordinieren Sie Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians und SDS Specialists, damit Fahrzeuge sicher, einsatzfähig und deployment-ready bleiben. Sie spielen eine zentrale Rolle für Fleet Availability, operative KPIs sowie den erfolgreichen Launch und das Scaling autonomer Fahrzeugflotten.

Diese Position eignet sich für Kandidaten mit Erfahrung in Fleet Operations, Mobility Services, Automotive Operations, Logistik oder Transport, die Teams in schnellen, technologiegetriebenen Umgebungen führen möchten.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Den täglichen Betrieb autonomer Fahrzeug- und Robotaxi-Flotten über ein oder mehrere Depot-Standorte leiten.
  • Sicherstellen, dass Fahrzeuge für Tests, kommerzielles Deployment und autonome Ride-Hailing-Dienste operational-ready sind.
  • Fleet Utilization, Vehicle Availability, Ladepläne und Operational Readiness überwachen.
  • Täglichen Fahrzeug-Dispatch und Rückkehrprozesse koordinieren, um Flotteneffizienz zu maximieren.
  • Fahrzeug-Downtime durch wirksame operative Planung und Koordination minimieren.
  • Alle Aktivitäten im Robotaxi-Depot überwachen und sichere, effiziente sowie organisierte Abläufe gewährleisten.
  • Arbeit von Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, Senior Technicians und SDS Specialists koordinieren.
  • Sicherstellen, dass Fahrzeuge vor Deployment die Standards für Sauberkeit, Laden, Inspektion und Wartung erfüllen.
  • Depot Setup und Operational Readiness für New City Launches und Flottenerweiterungen unterstützen.
  • Operatives Personal rekrutieren, onboarden, schulen und führen.
  • Schichtpläne für 24/7-Fleet-Operations erstellen.
  • Performance Reviews und Coaching durchführen.
  • Eine Kultur von Sicherheit, Verantwortung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung fördern.
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle Teammitglieder operative Verfahren und Sicherheitsstandards einhalten.
  • Als primärer operativer Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder agieren.
  • Tägliche Aktivitäten mit Engineering, Product, Technical und Fleet Management Teams koordinieren.
  • Operative Reports, KPI Dashboards und Performance Summaries vorbereiten.
  • Operative Risiken eskalieren und Mitigation-Pläne entwickeln.
  • Kundenbesuche, Audits und operative Reviews unterstützen.
  • KPIs wie Fleet Availability, Vehicle Uptime, Dispatch Efficiency, Depot Productivity und Operational Quality überwachen.
  • Prozessverbesserungen identifizieren, um Downtime zu reduzieren und Flottenleistung zu verbessern.
  • Standard Operating Procedures für Autonomous Vehicle Operations entwickeln und umsetzen.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserungsinitiativen während Robotaxi Fleet Scaling und kommerziellem Deployment unterstützen.
  • Einhaltung von Unternehmensrichtlinien, lokalen Vorschriften und operativen Verfahren sicherstellen.
  • Eine starke Sicherheitskultur in allen operativen Teams fördern.
  • Sicherstellen, dass Vorfälle korrekt untersucht, dokumentiert und gelöst werden.
  • Health & Safety-Anforderungen für Fleet und Depot Operations einhalten.

Anforderungen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Fleet Operations, Automotive Operations, Transport, Logistik, Mobility Services oder ähnlichen operativen Umgebungen.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung operativer oder technischer Teams.
  • Erfahrung mit Schichtbetrieb oder 24/7-Operations.
  • Starke Leadership- und People-Management-Fähigkeiten.
  • Ausgezeichnete Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeit.
  • Erfahrung in KPI-Tracking und operativem Performance Management.
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten.
  • Fließendes Englisch.
  • Erfahrung mit autonomen Fahrzeugen, Robotaxi-Flotten, ADAS-Programmen oder Automotive Testing.
  • Erfahrung mit Electric Vehicle (EV) Fleet Operations.
  • Erfahrung beim Launch neuer operativer Standorte oder Depots.
  • Kenntnisse in Fleet Management Systems und operativen Reporting-Tools.
  • Weitere europäische Sprachen je nach Projektstandort von Vorteil.
