Wij zoeken Depot Specialists om de dagelijkse operatie van autonome voertuigen (AV) en robotaxi-vloten in Europa te ondersteunen.

Als Depot Specialist zorg je ervoor dat autonome voertuigen schoon, volledig geladen, geïnspecteerd en operationeel gereed zijn voor dagelijkse inzet. Vanuit een dedicated robotaxi depot ondersteun je vehicle preparation, fleet readiness, inventory management en dagelijkse depot operations die veilige en betrouwbare autonomous ride-hailing services mogelijk maken.

Deze functie past bij kandidaten die graag hands-on werken, sterk georganiseerd zijn en goed functioneren in snelle operationele omgevingen. Ervaring met autonome voertuigen is niet vereist; training wordt voorzien.

Door bij ons team te komen, draag je direct bij aan de succesvolle launch, operatie en scaling van robotaxi fleets en autonomous mobility services in meerdere Europese steden.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Autonome voertuigen voorbereiden voor dagelijkse robotaxi fleet operations.
  • Zorgen dat elk voertuig vóór de shift is gereinigd, geïnspecteerd, geladen en deployment-ready is.
  • De netheid en staat controleren van camera’s, LiDAR, radar, spiegels, sensoren, ramen en voertuiginterieurs om optimale self-driving system performance te ondersteunen.
  • Pre-deployment- en post-shift-inspecties uitvoeren volgens vastgestelde procedures.
  • Batterijniveaus en laadplanningen voor elektrische autonome voertuigen monitoren.
  • Dagelijkse robotaxi depot operations ondersteunen door voertuigbewegingen, parkeren, laden en staging te coördineren.
  • Helpen bij voertuig-dispatch en return processes.
  • Parkeerzones organiseren om operationele efficiëntie te maximaliseren.
  • Depot schoon houden en zorgen dat werkgebieden voldoen aan safety standards.
  • Vehicle availability coördineren met Safety Operators, Technicians en Operations Leads.
  • Basisfunctionaliteitschecks uitvoeren vóór deployment.
  • Banden, verlichting, vloeistofniveaus, laadequipment en algemene voertuigconditie controleren.
  • Cosmetische schade of operationele problemen identificeren die technische inspectie vereisen.
  • Onderhoudszorgen escaleren naar Senior Technicians of SDS Specialists.
  • Voertuigherstel en transportactiviteiten ondersteunen wanneer nodig.
  • Voorraad beheren van reinigingsmaterialen, laadaccessoires, PBM en operationeel equipment.
  • Voorraadgebruik volgen en replenishment needs rapporteren.
  • Leveringen ontvangen en opslagruimtes in het depot organiseren.
  • Logistiek ondersteunen voor fleet expansion en nieuwe depot launches.
  • Digitale inspectiechecklists en fleet readiness reports invullen.
  • Voertuigstatus, laadinformatie en operationele observaties vastleggen.
  • Depot safety procedures en bedrijfsstandaarden volgen.
  • Continuous improvement initiatives ondersteunen die fleet availability verhogen, downtime verminderen en operationele efficiëntie verbeteren.

Vereisten

  • Geldig rijbewijs.
  • Comfortabel met het rijden van elektrische en conventionele voertuigen.
  • Goede organisatorische en time-managementvaardigheden.
  • Sterke aandacht voor details.
  • Basis computervaardigheden.
  • In staat om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken.
  • Comfortabel met werken binnen en buiten.
  • Flexibele shift availability, inclusief avonden, weekends en feestdagen wanneer nodig.
  • Engels op upper-intermediate-niveau.
  • Ervaring in fleet operations, logistics, warehouse operations, automotive detailing of transportation.
  • Ervaring met elektrische voertuigen (EVs).
  • Basis mechanische kennis.
  • Ervaring in 24/7-operationele omgevingen.
  • Heftruckcertificaat of logistieke ervaring is een plus.
