Ab sofort suchen wir Dich als Junior Betriebsstellenleiter (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Worms – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsbereichsleiter.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung und Überwachung der täglichen logistischen Abläufe und Prozesse
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Personal- und Einsatzplanung einschließlich Arbeitszeit- und Urlaubsplanung
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie Schulungen und Unterweisungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, gesetzlichen Vorgaben und internen Richtlinien
  • Koordination und Steuerung der verfügbaren Ressourcen und Betriebsmittel
  • Verantwortung für die Bestandsführung sowie Durchführung von Inventuren
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Materialflusses innerhalb der Betriebsstelle
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden sowie Bearbeitung von Anfragen und operativen Herausforderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Vorgaben im Bereich Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten sowie relevanten Kennzahlen (KPIs)
  • Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Effizienz und Qualität
  • Übernahme eigener Verantwortungsbereiche und schrittweise Weiterentwicklung innerhalb der Betriebsstellenleitung

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder Lagerwirtschaft
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder Lagerwirtschaft
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination von Mitarbeitenden
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Kundenorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist
