Asegurar la correcta ejecución y administración de los procesos de HR Operations a lo largo del ciclo de vida del colaborador, garantizando la precisión de la información, la continuidad de los servicios de Recursos Humanos y una experiencia eficiente para los empleados, mediante la gestión de nómina, beneficios, sistemas, atención al colaborador y mejora continua de los procesos.

Job Description:

Administrar movimientos de empleados desde su ingreso y durante las diferentes etapas de su trayectoria dentro de la organización.

- Asegurar información precisa y actualizada en nuestros sistemas y procesos de Recursos Humanos.

- Coordinar altas, bajas y cambios relacionados con programas de beneficios.

- Trabajar directamente con proveedores para dar seguimiento a servicios, incidencias y necesidades de los colaboradores.

- Brindar atención y orientación a empleados sobre nómina, políticas, procesos y beneficios.

- Asegurar una ejecución integral y oportuna del proceso de nómina en conjunto con el equipo de nómina correspondiente.

- Generar reportes y análisis que permitan identificar tendencias, incidencias y oportunidades de mejora.

- Participar en auditorías y controles relacionados con información y documentación de empleados.

- Identificar procesos manuales o complejos y proponer alternativas para simplificarlos y estandarizarlos.

- Participar en proyectos regionales de HR relacionados con Employee Experience, Benefits y HR Operations.

¿Qué buscamos?

- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Relaciones Industriales o áreas relacionadas.

- 3+ años de experiencia en HR Operations, Administración de Personal, Beneficios o posiciones similares.

- Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de Recursos Humanos; Workday es un plus.

- Excel intermedio/avanzado y comodidad trabajando con información y métricas.

- Inglés intermedio deseable.

- Excelente organización y atención al detalle.

- Orientación al cliente interno y habilidad para resolver problemas.

- Curiosidad y mentalidad de mejora continua.

- Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa en un ambiente dinámico.Analista de nómina
