AUXILIAR DE RELACIONES LABORALES - TURNO NOCTURNO

Turno: Tarde Nocturno de Lunes a Sábado. Lunes: 12:00 am a 06:30 am. Martes a Viernes: 01:00 a 06:30 am. Sábado: 01:00 am a 08:30 am.

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Humanas, Administración, Derecho Laboral o carrera afín.

Objetivo general: Brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo en la resolución de conflictos laborales, así como en la colaboración para asegurar el cumplimiento de los reglamentos de trabajo, normatividad laboral y políticas internas para el logro de un clima laboral sano y productivo en el turno nocturno.

Experiencia, conocimientos y habilidades:

  • 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales u área administrativa.
  • Disponibilidad en Turno Nocturno.
  • Manejo de sistema TRESS.
  • Manejo de MS Office.
  • Conocimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.
  • Conocimiento básico de procesos disciplinarios y legislación laboral.
  • Comunicación efectiva verbal y escrita.
  • Manejo y resolución de conflictos.
  • Cumplimiento de indicadores de manera objetiva.
  • Organización y seguimiento.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Confidencialidad y ética profesional.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Servicio al cliente interno.
  • Escucha activa.
  • Gestión del tiempo.
  • Habilidades analíticas.
  • Sentido de urgencia.
  • Actitud proactiva.

Actividades rutinarias:

  • Resolución de conflictos laborales en las locaciones de Milwaukee Tool Torreón.
  • Aplicación de acciones disciplinarias.
  • Control de incidencias de personal.
  • Generar reportes e indicadores de relaciones laborales.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y normativas laborales.
  • Investigaciones laborales internas.
  • Análisis de reportes de ausentismo para el seguimiento de las acciones disciplinarias.
  • Recopilar y analizar datos sobre clima laboral.
  • Aplicación de bajas en sistema.
  • Entrega y control de reportes de finiquitos para pago.
  • Registro de planes de reentrenamiento en sistema.
  • Atención de renuncias.
  • Control y seguimiento de las solicitudes de cambio de turno.
  • Atención al personal en dudas generales de nómina, prestaciones, reglamentos, políticas, procesos, entre otros.
  • Asesoramiento básico sobre temas laborales.
  • Colaborar en la identificación y control de riesgos inherentes a las actividades laborales dentro de la organización.
  • Apoyo en las bajas y terminaciones laborales.
  • Escalación de casos críticos con Coordinación de Relaciones Laborales.
  • Apoyo a actividades diversas del departamento.
