【职责描述】 1、制定我司箱包品牌在TIKTOK平台的内容增长策略，提升账号内容丰富度及厚度，为内容曝光量、质量和GMV转化结果负责； 2、结合平台属性及用户需求，根据营销和推广目的，策划并运营账号内容，包含日常及营销大促节点活动，确保账号及视频数据的增长； 3、分析活动及视频数据，监控视频运营效果，定期对目标进度进行跟进，对行业及平台热点内容进行捕捉； 4、负责印尼TIKTOK账号的内容素材制作（拍剪），输出具备本土化和原生感的素材内容； 5、协同直播运营团队生产制作高光时刻内容，确保优质直播素材的使用和转化最大化。

【任职要求】 1、大专及以上学历，若有优质经历者，学历可适当放宽；英语口语流利，可日常沟通； 2、熟练使用短视频拍摄设备（相机及手机）和剪辑软件（PR/Capcut），有短视频拍剪制作团队初级管理水平； 3、具备TikTok/IG一年及以上短视频内容运营&内容制作经验，具备良好的创意策划及内容运营能力，有内容敏锐度； 4、了解TIKTOK平台内容及流量分发机制，数据处理及分析能力强，能根据数据指标持续优化运营策略。
