岗位背景

公司已在泰国建立成熟团队，现正拓展越南市场，计划从0到1搭建约200人规模的本地团队，业务聚焦于AIGC视频内容制作与运营。

本岗位为越南分公司核心创始成员，将全面负责当地人力资源体系搭建与团队建设，是业务落地的关键角色。

岗位职责 1. 团队搭建（0 1） 根据业务发展需求，制定并执行招聘策略 主导越南本地团队搭建（约200人规模） 开拓并管理本地招聘渠道，负责全流程招聘 2. HR体系建设 搭建完整人力资源体系，包括： 薪酬福利体系 绩效管理体系 培训与发展体系 员工关系管理 制定并完善公司HR制度与流程 3. 本地化与合规管理 确保所有用工符合越南劳动法律法规 负责员工入离职、合同、社保、考勤等事务 对接当地政府、劳动部门等外部机构 4. 企业文化与沟通桥梁 推动总部文化在越南团队落地 建立良好员工关系与沟通机制 作为中越沟通桥梁，对接中国总部与本地团队

任职要求

5年以上人力资源管理经验 有从0到1搭建团队或参与新公司创建经验（必须） 熟悉越南劳动法及用工政策 具备HR全模块实操经验（招聘、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等） 背景要求 有互联网 / 科技 / 媒体 / 游戏 / 内容行业经验优先 有100人以上团队管理经验优先 对AIGC或内容行业有兴趣

语言要求 中文流利（必须） 越南本地语言（必须） 优先：越南籍 / 当地华人华裔（不考虑中国外派） 年龄：25–40岁（30岁左右优先） 具备强招聘能力 + 创业型思维 熟悉中国企业管理节奏（能适应快节奏环境） 沟通能力强，具备跨文化协作能力
