JD - International Archive Specialist

Location: Nonthaburi, Thailand

Salary: THB 45,000–65,000/month

About the Role

We are hiring an International Archive Specialist to support project document control and records management within a large-scale industrial project.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in document control, project coordination or engineering documentation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage document control processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Register, track and distribute correspondence and technical documents
  • Maintain document registers and monitor submission/response status
  • Support method statements, material submissions and technical documentation control
  • Build and maintain project archives in compliance with management systems
  • Support QA/QC teams on documentation standards
  • Coordinate authorized signatory records and document workflows
  • Support project administration and document-related coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management or related field
  • 3+ years experience in project document control or archive management
  • Experience in EPC, construction or industrial projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of document control procedures and records systems
  • Proficient in Excel, PDF tools and documentation systems
  • Thai national with working English (Chinese is a plus)
