​​Key Responsibilities​​

  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their project plans and market needs.
  • Assist in expanding the sales network by coordinating with brand agents and OEM customers.
  • Conduct market research to track product standards and demand trends, providing timely feedback to the team.
  • Coordinate internal resources to help turn market opportunities into actionable results.
  • Participate in business negotiations with clients and support long-term customer relationship management.
  • Assist in executing customer projects and resolving post-sales issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership.

​​Must-Have Requirements​​

  • Bachelors degree or above. Full professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and listening) is required.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the new energy industry (energy storage, PV modules/inverters, lithium batteries, or system integration preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to sales growth and a good understanding of the new energy markets characteristics.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Resilient, with solid execution skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Professional ethics, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
