公司业务覆盖仓储管理、冷链运输及跨境配送，在中国及东南亚市场持续扩张。随着泰国业务的快速发展，公司正在建立本地团队并优化人力资源体系，以支持区域业务增长。

岗位概述

该岗位主要负责泰国本地招聘工作的全流程执行，包括人才搜寻、筛选、沟通及入职跟进。

岗位需与中国总部及泰国本地团队紧密协作，支持业务快速扩张阶段的人才需求，并持续优化招聘流程与渠道。

主要职责

招聘全流程管理

负责岗位发布、简历筛选、面试安排及offer跟进，确保招聘进度与质量

招聘渠道与人才库建设

拓展并维护泰国本地招聘渠道，建立人才储备库，提高招聘效率

跨团队沟通协调

对接中国总部及泰国业务团队，准确理解用人需求并推动招聘落地

数据与流程优化

跟踪招聘数据，优化流程并提升招聘转化率

合规与基础HR支持

了解并遵守泰国劳动法规，确保招聘流程合规

任职要求

基本要求

  • 具备泰国合法工作资格
  • 可在 Prachinburi 工作（公司提供住宿）
  • 1–3年招聘或HR相关经验

语言能力

  • 泰语（母语或流利）
  • 中文（可作为工作语言）

专业能力

  • 熟悉招聘流程及本地招聘渠道
  • 具备良好的沟通协调能力
  • 能适应快节奏招聘环境

综合素质

ต้องทำงานร่วมกับทีมจีนและทีมไทย เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของธุรกิจอย่างรวดเร็ว

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาแบบครบวงจร

โพสต์งาน คัดกรองผู้สมัคร นัดสัมภาษณ์ และติดตาม offerพัฒนาแหล่งผู้สมัคร

ขยายและดูแลช่องทางการสรรหาในประเทศไทย พร้อมสร้างฐานข้อมูลผู้สมัครประสานงานระหว่างทีม

ทำงานร่วมกับทีมจีนและทีมไทย เพื่อให้เข้าใจความต้องการในการจ้างงานปรับปรุงกระบวนการ

ติดตามข้อมูลการสรรหา และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการดูแลด้านกฎหมายแรงงานเบื้องต้น

ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายแรงงานไทยและนโยบายบริษัท

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน

  • มีสิทธิ์ทำงานในประเทศไทย
  • สามารถทำงานที่ Prachinburi ได้ (มีที่พักให้)
  • มีประสบการณ์ HR / Recruitment 1–3 ปี
