职位概述

负责品牌梭织面料的创新研发与落地，结合市场趋势、设计需求及供应链能力，推动新材料开发及商业化应用。

工作职责

  • 研究品牌及市场多品类趋势，关注纺织行业前沿资讯
  • 根据品牌风格及上新节奏，主动开发创新面料并推动落地
  • 根据企划与设计需求，输出面料开发方案并推进执行
  • 与面料供应商共同开发新型材料
  • 负责新材料成本拆解、品质控制及管理
  • 协助设计与采购团队解决面料相关问题

任职要求

基础要求：

  • 本科及以上学历，纺织工程或相关专业优先
  • 具备梭织面料研发经验（重点：运动 / 户外方向）
  • 熟悉面料开发全流程及供应链

经验偏好：

  • 优先考虑具备面料厂/供应商（乙方）经验者
  • 如为品牌方（甲方）背景，需具备较强背景（知名运动品牌优先）

能力要求：

  • 能将需求拆解并快速推动工厂落地
  • 具备成本分析与控制能力
  • 熟悉面料风险评估与品质管理
  • 对欧美品牌及纺织行业有较深认知
  • 具备较强的自驱力与项目推进能力
