Admissions Officer (Singapore)

We are expanding our international team and are looking for a passionate Admissions Officer to join us in Singapore!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of our educational programs and unique strengths.
  • Lead student recruitment through multiple channels (online platforms, social media, events, partner agencies).
  • Provide professional course consultations and respond to inquiries from prospective families.
  • Follow up with leads, understand their needs, and drive successful enrollment conversions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing students and parents; handle feedback promptly.
  • Support other admissions- or marketing-related tasks assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • Passion for international education and willingness to grow in this field long-term.
  • Under 40 years old; diploma or above. Overseas study experience is a plus.
  • Experience in international education, admissions, or student counselling is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, service mindset, responsibility, and a friendly personality.
  • Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Strong self-management and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
