主要职责

  • 负责巴西摩托车及零部件 Aftermarket 市场的业务开发
  • 开发、维护并管理当地代理商、经销商及渠道合作伙伴
  • 开展巴西各区域市场调研，分析客户需求及行业竞争情况
  • 制定并执行区域销售、渠道拓展及品牌推广计划
  • 推进客户拜访、商务谈判、合同签订及订单落地
  • 维护重点客户关系，推动首单、复购及长期合作
  • 提升品牌在巴西市场的知名度、覆盖率及市场份额
  • 协助推进重点客户及战略合作项目

我们希望你具备

  • 中国国籍
  • 本科及以上学历
  • 3年以上销售、渠道开发或市场拓展经验
  • 葡萄牙语可作为日常商务工作语言
  • 具备较强的客户开发、商务谈判和市场分析能力
  • 能接受长期驻巴西工作及巴西境内高频出差

以下背景优先考虑：

  • 有巴西或拉美市场销售经验
  • 有代理商、经销商或分销渠道开发经验
  • 有摩托车、汽车零部件、链传动或汽车后市场经验
  • 有工业品、家电、零售或快消行业渠道销售经验

工作安排
