The posting

As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll work closely with the founders and engineering team to expand our core product and take on new zero-to-one initiatives. You'll work closely with customers, solve challenging technical problems around hardest high-value enterprise tasks, and ship features that create immediate real-world impact. This is a rare opportunity to influence both the technology and culture of a venture-scale company from the early stage.

What you’ll do

Own technical decisions across the stack, from AI tools to backend architecture and deployment. Work on the core product which allows customers to teach agents as they would teach a new hire on specialized knowledge work. Solve challenges related to custom agent harnesses, large-scale agent infrastructure, verification of agent outcomes at scale, proactive agents, tribal knowledge elicitation, enterprise AI deployments and more. Lead new zero-to-one initiatives for the expansion of the core product offering. Collaborate directly with customers and founders to turn feedback into product improvements.

What we’re looking for

3+ years of software engineering or research experience; startup or high-growth experience is a plus. Strong fundamentals in AI research, AI solutioning, or full-stack engineering and system design. Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take projects from an initial idea through delivery.
