Stiamo cercando una persona da inserire nel ruolo di Service Engineer, con una solida formazione tecnica e una spiccata attitudine relazionale. La risorsa seguirà un percorso formativo strutturato che ne accompagnerà la crescita professionale e, nel tempo, diventerà un riferimento fondamentale per i clienti, supportandoli nella gestione e nella risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche, oltre che nel coordinamento delle attività di manutenzione.

Non è solo un ruolo tecnico: è una posizione gestionale, relazionale e fortemente orientata al problem solving.

Attività principali:

Durante e dopo il percorso formativo, avrai modo di:

  • supportare i clienti da remoto nella risoluzione dei problemi attraverso: analisi prestazionali sui cicli termodinamici e diagnosi sul funzionamento degli impianti
  • Organizzare e supervisionare gli interventi delle squadre tecniche, italiane o straniere, partecipando laddove necessario alla missione on-site in qualità di coordinatore e responsabile dell’intervento
  • Erogare training teorico-tecnici verso il personale del cliente (in campo o in sede)
  • Preparare report tecnici, procedure operative, presentazioni e manuali tecnici

Requisiti:

  • Laurea tecnica (Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Energetica o affini)
  • Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese
  • Buona conoscenza del tedesco
  • Predisposizione alla relazione con cliente e team tecnici
  • Capacità di coordinamento, organizzazione e gestione delle priorità
  • Attitudine al problem solving e orientamento al risultato

Al termine del percorso (24 mesi) è prevista l’entrata nel sistema di reperibilità, parte integrante del ruolo pienamente autonomo.

Si offre:

  • CCNL: Metalmeccanico Industria 13 mensilità
  • Retribuzione: compresa tra €29.000 e €35.000 e commisurata all’esperienza.
  • Ticket restaurant
  • Orario di lavoro: full time 40h/sett. – per il periodo di formazione non è previsto Smart Working
  • Assicurazione sanitaria e agevolazioni/convenzioni destinate esclusivamente ai nostri collaboratori
