Wir suchen ab sofort einen 🌱 Personalreferent (m/w/d)

der uns die besten Köpfe für unser weiteres Wachstum holt, die Mannschaft mit einer inspirierenden Kultur motiviert und Personaladministration zukünftig gemeinsam mit KI-Agenten löst.

Was dich erwartet:

  • Du verantwortest das Bewerbermanagement – von der Stellenausschreibung über die aktive Talentsuche (z. B. auf LinkedIn) bis hin zur Sichtung von Bewerbungen, Führen erster Gespräche und Koordination der nächsten Schritte.
  • Du begleitest unsere Pre-, On- und Offboarding-Prozesse und sorgst für eine reibungslose Integration und einen professionellen Austritt von Mitarbeitern.
  • Du übernimmst die Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt und bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner in allen administrativen HR-Themen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen, stimmst dich mit externen Partnern im Personalbereich ab und unterstützt bei der Optimierung unserer HR-Prozesse.
  • Du trägst aktiv zur Gestaltung unserer Unternehmenskultur bei – durch die Organisation von Firmenevents, die Durchführung von Umfragen und die strukturierte Vorbereitung von Mitarbeitergesprächen.

Was du mitbringst:

Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der generalistischen Personalarbeit mit und hast Freude daran, Recruiting, Administration und Kulturthemen zu verbinden.

Außerdem verfügst du über:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Personalwesen, ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen und KI-Systemen (vorzugsweise Claude) sowie Erfahrung mit Personio.
  • Ein souveränes und herzliches Auftreten, kombiniert mit einem freundlichen Kommunikationsstil und ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung.
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Leidenschaft für Personalthemen sowie Souveränität und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Bewerbern und Kollegen.
