Wir suchen keinen klassischen Vertriebsinnendienst, der Anfragen bearbeitet und Angebote verschickt. Wir suchen jemanden, der selbst den Hörer in die Hand nimmt, neue Kunden gewinnt und am Ende sagen kann:

„Den Auftrag habe ich geholt.“

Du bekommst von uns Vertriebsgebiete, in denen aktuell kein Außendienst unterwegs ist. Dein Job: Potenzielle Kunden identifizieren, anrufen, Interesse wecken, beraten – und abschließen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du gehst aktiv raus – nur eben per Telefon und Video. Du sprichst potenzielle Neukunden an und führst den kompletten Vertriebsprozess selbstständig durch:

  • aktive Outbound-Telefonie und Neukundenakquise
  • Termine vereinbaren – und anschließend selbst durchführen
  • Beratung und Verkauf per Telefon oder Microsoft Teams
  • Bedarf erkennen, unsere Lösungen präsentieren und Einwände aus dem Weg räumen
  • dranbleiben, nachfassen und Abschlüsse machen
  • Bestandskunden aktiv auf weitere Lösungen wie das Patientenaufrufsystem oder unsere Web-App ansprechen
  • Teilweise Terminkoordination für den Außendienst, wenn der Kunde einen persönlichen Kontakt wünscht
  • Aushilfe im Innendienst-Team bei z.B. Anschlussverträgen oder vorzeitigen Verlängerungen unserer Bestandskunden

Das bringst Du mit

Du passt zu uns, wenn du …

  • Vertrieb auf höchstem Niveau beherrschst,
  • bereits nachweisbare Erfahrung im Direktvertrieb, Outbound-Sales oder Telefonvertrieb hast,
  • gerne telefonierst und keine Angst vor einem „Nein“ hast,
  • ehrgeizig bist und deine Ziele erreichen willst,
  • gerne selbstständig arbeitest und Verantwortung für deine Ergebnisse übernimmst,
  • empathisch bist und den Kunden verstehst

Denn genau darum geht es bei dieser Position: Neukunden gewinnen. Verkaufen. Abschließen.

Was wir erwarten

Ganz wichtig: Du musst Outbound wollen.

Wenn du darauf wartest, dass interessierte Kunden bei dir anrufen, wird das mit uns wahrscheinlich nichts.

Wenn du dagegen Spaß daran hast, selbst Türen zu öffnen, Menschen für ein Produkt zu begeistern und aus einem kalten Kontakt einen Kunden zu machen, sollten wir uns kennenlernen.

Das bieten wir

Das Wichtigste zuerst: 2.600 € Fixgehalt. Dazu kommt eine attraktive erfolgsabhängige Provision von ca. 90.000€ pro Jahr bei erreichen der gesteckten Ziele. Nach oben hin ist alles offen!
