JOB SUMMARY   We’re seeking an organized, commercially minded E-Commerce Marketplace Campaign & PIM Specialist to execute advertising campaigns across third-party marketplaces and support the product data behind them. Reporting to the Senior Manager of eCommerce, this role will build, launch, monitor and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Instacart, DoorDash and Uber Eats. The specialist will create and adapt campaign assets to fit each platform, taking direction from brand plans, briefs and visual guidelines and partnering with brand teams on alignment and approvals. The role will also maintain campaign-relevant product information and content workflows in Salsify. This role is eligible for remote work and travel as needed.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  

Set up, launch and manage advertising campaigns across third-party marketplaces such as Instacart, DoorDash and Uber Eats, translating approved briefs into platform-ready campaign plans. Build and quality-check campaign details in platform advertising tools, including product selection, placements, targeting, budgets, bids, flight dates, promotions and tracking requirements. Translate brand plans, campaign briefs and visual guidelines into marketplace-ready creative. Create and adapt digital assets and copy for platform specifications, collaborate with brand teams to maintain the intended look and feel, and route work for review and approval. Monitor campaign delivery, spend pacing and performance, including impressions, clicks, conversions, sales and return on ad spend; make in-scope optimizations and escalate budget or strategy decisions as needed. Coordinate campaign calendars, promotional moments and launch readiness with brand marketing, sales, agencies and marketplace or retail media partners. Prepare clear campaign reporting by platform and brand, identify performance trends and share recommendations to improve future campaign setup and results. Maintain campaign-relevant product information and content workflows in Salsify, including product attributes and approved assets; validate that required product data is accurate and syndicated where needed for activation. Review marketplace and retailer product pages for content, availability, pricing and promotional accuracy; coordinate corrections with the appropriate internal teams, distributors or platform partners. Support compliant campaign execution by following company approval processes, platform requirements and applicable beverage alcohol rules within the three-tier system. Improve campaign setup, asset handoffs, Salsify workflows and reporting processes; share useful platform updates and practical eCommerce best practices with the team.

  QUALIFICATIONS  

Bachelor’s degree required. 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, campaign operations, retail media, digital marketing or marketplace activation, preferably in CPG or beverage alcohol. Hands-on experience setting up or managing campaigns in third-party marketplace advertising platforms such as Instacart, DoorDash or Uber Eats preferred. Working experience with Salsify or another PIM platform, including product data quality, approved asset workflows or content syndication. Demonstrated ability to create and adapt digital campaign assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, guided by brand plans and visual standards; comfortable collaborating with brand teams on review and approval. Strong Excel skills and comfort working with campaign data, budgets, performance reports and large data sets; able to summarize findings in PowerPoint or other clear formats. Highly organized project manager with careful attention to detail, sound communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines across teams and external partners. Understanding of retail media, campaign measurement, digital shelf content and/or the three-tier beverage alcohol system preferred..

  PHYSICAL DEMANDS  

Position operates in a virtual office environment. The position includes travel to various industry and/or company events, up to 20% of the time. Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. (a case of wine).

  COMPENSATION  

Hiring Salary Range Posted: $72,500 - $90,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities, education, and other position related factors.
