With two main campuses (Vancouver and the Okanagan), more than 73,000 students, 20,000 faculty and staff, and a balanced annual budget over $4 billion, UBC is an institution of remarkable breadth and depth that is distinguished by its world-class research and societal impact.

UBC’s commitment to fostering an outstanding student experience and vibrant learning community is articulated in both the institution’s Strategic Directions 2025-2030 and its recently launched Student Strategic Plan 2026-2029. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
