Uber Freight México Customs, impulsado por TP Laser, busca profesionistas graduados en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales o áreas afines. Buscamos personas analíticas, organizadas, con iniciativa y disposición para aprender que estén interesadas en desarrollar una carrera en las áreas de Cumplimiento Aduanero y de Comercio Exterior. Como parte del equipo de Customs Compliance México, serás responsable de apoyar la ejecución de controles internos, auditorías y procesos de seguimiento documental, garantizando la calidad, el cumplimiento normativo y la mitigación de riesgos aduaneros.

Qué Hará el Candidato

  • Ejecutar y dar seguimiento al programa de auditoría asignado, identificando desviaciones, colaborando en el análisis de causa raíz y dando seguimiento a hallazgos y acciones correctivas hasta su cierre.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a la carga de facturas y la correcta integración de expedientes electrónicos, participando activamente en iniciativas de mejora continua de la calidad documental.
  • Generar y analizar reportes diarios en plataformas como One Site/LED y Portal, manteniendo bitácoras de seguimiento y preparando reportes de avance y KPIs.
  • Preparar análisis y métricas semestrales de tendencias y riesgos de operación.
  • Ejecutar revisiones periódicas de control interno sobre los procesos y lineamientos aduaneros establecidos.

Cualificaciones Básicas

  • Licenciatura concluida en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales o carrera afín.
  • Recién egresado o hasta 1 año de experiencia (deseable) en áreas de comercio exterior o cumplimiento.
  • Dominio de herramientas de Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) para la elaboración de reportes y análisis de datos.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Inglés nivel básico o superior.
  • Conocimientos básicos de operaciones aduaneras y regulaciones de comercio exterior.

Habilidades y Competencias Clave

  • Capacidad Analítica y Atención al Detalle: Habilidad para revisar expedientes, identificar inconsistencias normativas y resolver problemas con enfoque riguroso.
  • Organización y Seguimiento Multitarea: Estructura metódica y ordenada para llevar el control simultáneo de bitácoras, programas de auditoría y reportes periódicos.
  • Proactividad y Orientación a Resultados: Iniciativa para aprender, proponer mejoras continuas y dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas hasta su conclusión.
  • Ética e Integridad: Alto compromiso con el cumplimiento de las regulaciones aduaneras y la transparencia en el manejo de la información.
