Uber Freight México Customs, impulsado por TP Laser, busca un Sr. Operations Manager para liderar y dirigir nuestra operación aduanal. Buscamos un líder estratégico responsable del control financiero, la mejora continua de procesos, el cumplimiento normativo y el desarrollo de talento dentro de la unidad de negocio. Como Sr. Operations Manager, serás clave para asegurar la excelencia en los procesos logísticos de importación y exportación, monitorear la rentabilidad del negocio y coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios en un entorno dinámico y desafiante.

Funciones y Responsabilidades.

  • Coordinar, motivar y desarrollar equipos multidisciplinarios para formar grupos de autogestión, además de estructurar y dar soporte a planes de carrera.
  • Mantenerse actualizado en legislación aduanera, analizar su impacto estratégico y asegurar el cumplimiento de RRNAs (Regulaciones y Restricciones No Arancelarias).
  • Control Financiero y Operativo: Monitorear el volumen operativo, el Net Revenue y realizar el análisis y control de OpEx de la unidad de negocio.
  • Gestión de Cuentas e Imprevistos: Liderar proyectos estratégicos, garantizar el correcto onboarding de cuentas nuevas y resolver imprevistos durante el despacho aduanero.
  • Optimización y Medición: Evaluar riesgos, costos y tiempos para optimizar procesos aduanales, implementando indicadores clave (KPIs) para la toma de decisiones.
  • Comunicación y Negociación: Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva con clientes, autoridades aduaneras, proveedores y transportistas.

Requisitos Básicos.

  • Licenciatura terminada en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística o carrera afín.
  • +10 años de experiencia en empresas de Forwarding, Agencia Aduanal o Industria Manufacturera.
  • Experiencia previa comprobable de +5 años en manejo y desarrollo de equipos de trabajo.
  • Inglés conversacional fluido.
  • Dominio de la legislación aduanera mexicana (Ley Aduanera, RGCE, SAT) y Tratados Internacionales (T-MEC, TLCs).
  • Clasificación arancelaria (TIGIE), regímenes aduaneros y programas de fomento (IMMEX, PROSEC, Regla 8va).
  • Dominio de Incoterms y cumplimiento de Normas Oficiales Mexicanas (NOMs).
  • Manejo de tecnología y sistemas aduaneros: VUCEM, Ventanilla Digital, Anexo 24, Anexo 31 y pedimentos electrónicos.

Cualificaciones Deseables.

  • Maestría en Administración, Derecho Aduanero, Logística o Dirección.
  • Conocimientos en seguridad de la cadena logística (OEA, C-TPAT, ISO).
  • Manejo de herramientas de BI Tools, gestión de proyectos y metodologías de calidad/mejora continua.

  • Pensamiento estratégico, liderazgo y enfoque a resultados.
  • Comunicación efectiva, negociación y capacidad de presentación a nivel directivo y operativo.
  • Resolución de conflictos, inteligencia emocional y trabajo bajo presión en la operación aduanal.
  • Planeación, organización y capacidad para promover el cambio y la adaptabilidad en el equipo.
