🩺 Un examen nacional, un camino muy exigente

La Formación Sanitaria Especializada no es una oposición a plaza fija: es el examen nacional que da acceso a una plaza de residencia para formarse como especialista.

Titulación → examen FSE → plaza de residencia → formación → título de especialista

Es una preparación larga y competitiva, en la que la posición en el examen decide qué especialidad y qué hospital puedes elegir. Por eso buscamos a quien sepa exactamente lo que se siente al recorrerla.

🔎 A quién buscamos

  • Residentes o especialistas que hayan superado el MIR, EIR o PIR, especialmente en convocatorias recientes.
  • Preparadores/as con experiencia específica en estos exámenes.
  • Personas que conozcan el examen por dentro: tipo de preguntas, estrategia, gestión del tiempo y de la presión, y elección de plaza.
  • Quienes sepan acompañar en una preparación larga: motivar, planificar y sostener el ritmo del alumno durante meses.
  • Soltura con herramientas digitales. Si ya utilizas IA en tu día a día, mucho mejor.

🎯 En qué podrás colaborar

Según tu perfil y disponibilidad, podrás participar en uno o varios proyectos:

  • Clases online por asignaturas o bloques.
  • Preguntas comentadas: resolver y explicar preguntas de convocatorias anteriores.
  • Simulacros con el formato y la dificultad del examen real, y su análisis posterior.
  • Estrategia de examen: gestión del tiempo, preguntas dudosas y netas.
  • Mentoring y planificación: acompañar al alumno en su plan de estudio y su motivación.
  • Orientación para la elección de plaza.
  • Esquemas, resúmenes y vídeos cortos.

🤝 Cómo funciona la colaboración

No es un puesto de trabajo a jornada completa ni parcial. Colaborarás con Polaris x Ucademy mediante prestación de servicios en proyectos educativos concretos, compatible con tu actividad profesional.

🎬 Cómo es el proceso de selección

Queremos conocerte enseñando, no solo leyendo tu CV. El proceso tiene tres pasos:

1. Revisión de perfil. En la candidatura responderás a unas preguntas breves y nos enviarás un vídeo de presentación de 1 minuto. Grábalo con el móvil, sin complicaciones: cuéntanos quién eres, qué examen superaste o preparas y tu experiencia.

2. Contacto de validación. Si tu perfil encaja, nos pondremos en contacto contigo por llamada o por escrito para resolver dudas, conocer tu disponibilidad y explicarte cómo colaboramos.

3. Clase de prueba y entrevista. Agendarás tu entrevista y, antes de la fecha, nos enviarás una clase grabada de máximo 5 minutos. Puede ser la explicación de un tema o la resolución comentada de 2 o 3 preguntas tipo examen, con un material de apoyo creado por ti.
