¡Hola, crack! En Polaris, la marca de Ucademy especializada en oposiciones, buscamos a nuestro próximo Sales Development Representative: una persona con energía y ambición comercial para ser el primer faro que ve un opositor cuando decide empezar.

🔦 ¿QUÉ ESTÁ PASANDO?

Ucademy empezó en 2022 con un pizarra de amazon retransmitiendo clases a través de twitch y youtube… desde Bali y eramos 10 personas. No ha sido un paseo llegar hasta donde estamos hoy. Después de muchos altibajos facturamos un x3 de forma anual YoY. Hoy somos más de 170 animales dentro de la jungla con el objetivo de seguir creciendo.

En 2025 creamos Polaris, la marca especializada en oposiciones, donde nuestro objetivo es que todas las personas puedan sacar su plaza en un tiempo asequible compaginándolo con su vida personal y laboral. Todo esto no sería posible si no fuera por que la base de nuestra cultura son nuestros valores:

En Polaris pensamos distinto. Somos un punto fijo para quien se juega su plaza, y tenemos una promesa: queremos que te vayas pronto, con tu plaza en la mano. Para eso trabajamos con preparadores que ya han conseguido la suya, un plan a medida de cada opositor, tutorías 1 a 1, simulacros corregidos uno a uno y una garantía de aprobado: acceso a la plataforma hasta que consiga su plaza, sin pagar nada extra.

Y ahora necesitamos a alguien que sepa contarlo. Serás la primera persona en ayudar a un opositor para que deje de sentirse perdido y vea el camino. Sin humo, sin laberintos y sin letra pequeña.

📥 REQUISITOS

  • Experiencia comercial de al menos dos años
  • Haber trabajado con CRM
  • Conocer el mundo de la educación
  • Actitud positiva
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje desde el día 1
  • Ser una persona proactiva con humildad intelectual

💼 Ejecución comercial

  • Asesorar de forma cercana y honesta a futuros opositores para que lleguen a su plaza.
  • Mostrar con claridad cómo Polaris puede ayudarles… y también lo que les va a exigir. Hablamos claro desde el primer día.
  • Gestionar tu cartera de leads para alcanzar un alto porcentaje de conversión.
  • Analizar datos y métricas del equipo para afinar tu estrategia y superar objetivos.

🤝 Trabajo en equipo y mejora continua

  • Serás parte clave de un equipo unido, donde el resultado colectivo es lo primero.
  • Documentar procesos, proponer mejoras y compartir aprendizajes: aquí el conocimiento se multiplica.
