En 3 semanas nos vamos de teletrabajo 4 semanas y necesitamos hacerte el mejor Onboarding que puedas tener. Nacimos en 2021 con una pizarra de Amazon y un directo de Instagram. Literalmente.

Hoy somos más de 120 personas ayudando a miles de estudiantes a preparar oposiciones, selectividad y FP — combinando pedagogía, tecnología e IA.

Ucademy se divide en tres universos: Polaris (oposiciones), Atlas (Selectividad) y Explora FP. Y seguimos creciendo. Todas nuestras ventas son Hot Sales para cada una de las verticales de componen ucademy (Atlas, Polaris y Explora FP) +120 personas en el UTeam +15.000 alumnos activos eNPS 90 — mejor startup para trabajar 2024

  • Speed to lead: Contactar lo antes posible al futuro alumno
  • Asesoramiento académico: Adaptar las necesidades del lead a nuestra escuela
  • Seguimiento académico: Hacer seguimiento de tus leads para mantener el vínculo
  • Cierre de matrículas: Conseguir el mayor número posible de matrículas en la escuela
  • Prospección del lead: Conocer al lead
  • Desarrollo y crecimiento personal y profesional: mediante formaciones semanales seguirás formándote en tu día a día

🧬 REQUISITOS

  • Idioma: Español nativo, valorable nivel alto de inglés
  • Ser una persona extrovertida, amigable, entusiasta, camaleónica y social
  • Incorporación inmediata: 03/08
  • Valorable perfil entre 20 y 35 años que esté estudiando o haya terminando recientemente cualquier estudio/formación
