We are seeking a dynamic commercial leader to drive regional business growth and market expansion across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Based in our Singapore regional hub, you will scale the presence of our premium consumer product portfolio by identifying high-value market opportunities, strengthening distributor networks, and executing multi-year strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Growth: Lead business development and route-to-market strategies across APAC territories.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and scale alliances with regional distributors, key retail channels, and food service chains.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate regional roadmaps aligned with global headquarters’ growth goals.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with regional marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to optimize product portfolio performance.
  • Executive Insights: Provide strategic market intelligence and performance forecasts directly to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in regional business development, corporate strategy, or commercial sales.
  • Sector Expertise: Proven track record in FMCG, F&B, or consumer products. Experience in the beverage or coffee industry is a significant advantage.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep, practical knowledge of commercial landscapes and trade regulations across APAC markets.
  • Education: Degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Leadership: Exceptional cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
